Take off shoes as items are easy to get dirty.

Do not smoke while using the items.

Do not bring any pets while using the items.

Do not leave the items to avoid loss or theft.

In case of sudden rain, please cover the attached waterproof sheet kept in the basket over the items. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please contact us if you have a request for extension or shortening of rental usage time. Please contact us at least 30 minutes before the scheduled end time. The additional charge for over 3 hours is 2,200 yen (tax included) per hour.

Please take your trash home with you.

Repair costs will not be incurred for stains and tiny scratches caused by normal use, but in the case of significant damage or stains, repair costs or purchase costs may be incurred, so check the following. Please be careful.

Cancellation policy
Booking date change

Cancellation of up to 3 business days prior to the rental start date is available free of charge.

If you cancel in 2 business days before the scheduled rental start date, the cancelation charge will be deducted from the pre-paid fee as follows and the balance will be refunded to your bank account. The transfer fee will be charged to the customer.

Cancellation 2 business days before the scheduled rental start date: 50% of the rental amount

Cancellation 1 business day before the scheduled rental start date: 70% of the rental amount

Cancellation on the scheduled rental start date: 100% of the rental amount

If you contact us to change the date by the day before the scheduled rental start date, we will accept your request to change the date without any fees or cancellation fees. However, we may not be able to meet your request due to other reservation conditions.

If you do not notify us in advance by the day before the scheduled rental start date and request to change the date on the scheduled rental date, you may be required to pay a cancellation fee. However, you can change the date free of charge if it is difficult to provide this service due to bad weather *.

Where to use
- This service is mainly provided close to Inokashira Park in Kichijoji. But if you wish to use our service in other places in Tokyo, we will do our best to comply with your request, so please contact us using the CONTACT form or chat first. (If you use our service in other area than Inokachira park, transportation and parking fee will be charged.).

If you wish to use it at home, we will deliver the items, so you can use it without worrying about your time (additional shipping fee will be charged depending on the delivery destination area). Please contact us using the CONTACT form or chat.
